Lemon Basil Grilled Chicken Thighs

Serves: 6-8 thighs
- 6- 7 large fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 large lemons, juiced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 6 - 8 skinless boneless chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- In a large gallon sized disposable bag, add the basil, lemon juice garlic, and vinegar in the bag. Add the chicken and seal shut.
- Gently shake the bag with the chicken to disperse the mixture over the chicken.
- Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat your grill for medium high heat.
- Cook 4 - 6 minutes per side. You will know when it's ready to flip when it releases from the grill.
- Garnish with fresh lemon slices and fresh basil.
