Lemon Basil Grilled Chicken Thighs

Serves: 6-8 thighs
Welcome spring with these delicious and quick Lemon Basil Grilled Chicken Thighs.
  • 6- 7 large fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 large lemons, juiced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 6 - 8 skinless boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large gallon sized disposable bag, add the basil, lemon juice garlic, and vinegar in the bag. Add the chicken and seal shut.
  3. Gently shake the bag with the chicken to disperse the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat your grill for medium high heat.
  6. Cook 4 - 6 minutes per side. You will know when it's ready to flip when it releases from the grill.
  7. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and fresh basil.
