Within 20 minutes, you'll have these delicious oats on the table for breakfast. You can make them the night before and separate them into 4 jars for on the go eating!
Ingredients
1 cup steel cut oats
3 cups water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
½ cup pumpkin puree
3 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to the Instant Pot without the trivet.
Whisk together until lumps from pumpkin are gone.
Set the Instant Pot to High Pressure for 10 minutes.
Natural release for 10 minutes or until the pin drops.
Open the pot and stir.
Serve hot or divide into 4 jars for meal prep.
Top with chopped pecans, if desired.
Notes
* I use Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Steel Cut Oatmeal
For the slow cooker, add 1 cup of water to the recipe and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
