Coffee Date Eggnog Frappe for 2

Use up any leftover eggnog with this delicious frappe!
  • ½ cup strongly brewed coffee
  • 5 dried dates
  • 1 cup eggnog (I use Dairy Free)
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  1. Place dates in ½ cup cooled coffee.
  2. Let soak for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
  3. Add date/coffee mixture to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Add eggnog (I use dairy free eggnog).
  6. Add crushed ice.
  7. Pulse 2-3 times until combined.
  8. Pour into a glass.
  9. Enjoy!
