Meal Prep Bagelwiches

Make breakfast easy with these Meal Prep Bagelwiches!
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 (3-1/2 inch diameter) waxed paper bakeware (looks like a small tart pan)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 pack of thin sliced bagels (8 in a bag)
  • 8 slices of cheese
  • 8 slices of ham
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place paper 8 tart cups on a large baking sheet.
  3. Spray each cup with oil, wiping up any puddles of oil.
  4. In a glass measuring cup, crack one egg at a time.
  5. Add a dash of salt and pepper to each egg and pour one at a time into each of the 8 cups.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, being careful not to overbake.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool.
  8. Remove eggs from cups and set aside.
  9. Assemble bagelwich: bagel, egg, ham, and cheese.
  10. Wrap each bagelwich in waxed paper.
  11. Label and date 8 freezer bags.
  12. Place bagelwiches in the bags.
  13. Place in the freezer.
  14. When ready to eat, remove from freezer.
  15. Place in the microwave for 1 minute - 1 minute, 30 seconds.
