Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

  • ¼ cup butter (Make it dairy free by using dairy free margarine)
  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground chili powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • Green onions, garnish
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Make the sauce.
  3. Add butter to a medium saucepan and let it melt on medium heat.
  4. Add hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and spices to saucepan and mix well.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Cut the florets off the cauliflower and place them in a large bowl.
  7. Add buffalo sauce over the cauliflower, toss until fully covered.
  8. Place in preheated oven and roast for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven.
  10. Garnish with green onions.
  11. Serve as is or with dip.
