Easy Pico De Gallo

This Pico is packed full of flavor and nutrition! It may leave you dancing!
  • 1 small jalapeno
  • 1 small bunch cilantro
  • 5-6 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp Adobo seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  1. Prep vegetables.
  2. Cut jalapeno in half, remove seeds, and place in a small food processor with small bunch of cilantro.
  3. Process until finely chopped.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Place chopped tomatoes in a medium bowl.
  6. Add chopped onion, cilantro/jalapeno mix, adobo, and salt.
  7. Dance and mix!
  8. Enjoy with chips or on top of dishes!
