Overnight Cherry Almond Muesli

Move over overnight oats! Overnight Muesli is taking over! Make it gluten free by using gluten free oatmeal!
  • 2 cups gluten free old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 cup dried tart cherries
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Toast oatmeal on a baking sheet lined with parchment for 5 minutes.
  3. Let Cool.
  4. Mix oats, cherries, sunflower seeds, almonds, and chia.
  5. Store in 4 small recycled jam jars.
  6. Pour ½ cup of milk into jars that are to be used the next morning.
  7. Refrigerate until the next morning.
  8. Enjoy!
