HOORAY! It’s PB&J Day, and I have a confession to make! I have an obsession with peanut butter and jelly, and I have it since I was a kid! If you asked me if I could only take one food on a desert island, it would be peanut butter. We are super tight! I eat it every day of my life! It’s the one staple that I have jars of in my pantry. If the zombie apocalypse comes, I am ready to hide with all my jars. There is no better partner to my peanut butter than jam! J can be jelly for you, but it’s jam that makes my heart skip a beat. Jelly is clumpy and slides off a slice of bread. Jam smothers a slice of bread perfectly. It doesn’t glob up. PB&J flavors can come in a lot of different forms.
